My island of misfit posts and articles

A place for everything without its own space!

I tend to post and appear in the oddest of places, often doing some of the strangest things. This page will serve as a drop point for content without its own category.

When working in Manhattan, I would bring my hand drums to the park. It was a mix of learning, practicing and experiencing new things.
Music isn’t the only thing I make. I’m pretty good with needle and thread as well as getting clever with regards to construction materials! Made by hand, with respect to the people!
When a Bro makes the I need you call and you answer it, you get to relive the moment over and over again.
A playlist of assorted VoxxRocks Music Lyric Videos from the previous albums.
Laguna RUIN was the heaviest band I’ve ever been a part of. This was one of our lighter tunes and the visuals feature everything from concert to backstage and recording studio footage.
For a short time, I enjoyed being a vocalist in the band Red Tail Leader. This lineup was special to me because it contained my first drummer, who plays guitar here, and the last drummer I was fortunate to have played with.
We were county festival regulars. Fun times for certain!
Pauly Krauss keeping his chops sharp by practicing to a wide variety of materials from different sources, genres and styles.
He he is doing our 231 “unreleased” single, The Day I lost You.
Pauly enjoys dancing across my playlist. I think it provides him with the sense that we’re still making music together. Seeing and hear, that’s how it hits me!
This is No Surrender, No Retreat w/Pauly Krauss
I’m glad he did this one. These days the lyrics have come back to bite me but as all families do, we’ll work through it.
This is Steps w/Pauly Krauss
A fave of both Pauly and mine, this is Here & Now w/Pauly Krauss.
Hold Me Down is a 231 Hit from the album LoveLaughsHard, written and performed many years ago, this one still gets us pumped!
After A goes back to the first era of my post band material. To hear Pauly give it human spirit is invigorating!
This is the Introduction video to my channel on YouTube called VoxxVerbal. On it I had planned to simply pontificate on things I find interesting.
I have only produced this single episode for the channel, but it sure is a good one. Enjoy the complex story of the life and times of Ignaz Semmelweis, The Patron Saint of Mother’s. Otherwise known as the man who discovered washing your hands was a thing that served a very important purpose, especially in medicine!
VoxxVersa is another Idea I had for a channel. On this one I would explore reverse speech and examine the compare and contrast of what our subconscious slips in why presenting the sound we make for others to hear.
